At Grill Time, we wish you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility:

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


1.2 Process:

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at customerservice@grilltimellc.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please attach images if applicable. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.


1.3 Non-Returnable Items:

Any personal damaged items cannot be returned.

 

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.


2.2 Timeframe:

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

3. Exchanges

3.1 Shipping Costs & Return Shipping:

4. Product Warranty:
